Q1: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes. With our in-house R&D team and mold workshop, we support:
① OEM: Manufacturing our standard products under your brand.
② ODM: Developing new products based on your designs or requirements (technical parameters must be shared).
The typical development cycle is 30-60 days. Please submit a requirements form for specific details.

Q2: Do your products have international certifications?

A: Our products hold major market certifications such as CE,ACS,FCC,TISI and comply with the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Q3: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ for standard products is 50 units per SKU. For customized products (e.g., logo, color, packaging), the MOQ is 500 units per SKU. This can be flexibly adjusted based on long-term cooperation agreements.

Q4: How can I get product samples? What is your sample policy?
A: We encourage clients to test samples first.
 Standard Samples: Pay the sample fee (deductible from future orders) and shipping cost.

Q5: Can you provide technical drawings, 3D files, or specification sheets?
A: Yes. We provide CAD, STEP, PDF spec sheets, and installation dimension diagrams for all B2B clients. For other formats, please contact technical support.

Q6: How do you ensure consistent quality for bulk orders?
A: We implement a 100% inspection + batch sampling system:
① Each batch includes a factory inspection report.
② Third-party quality audits are conducted twice a year.
③ Key components (e.g., valve cores) use branded suppliers.

Q7: Do you provide customized solutions for projects?
A: Yes. We offer tailored solutions for hotels, apartments, commercial complexes, etc., including:
① Product portfolio planning.
② Custom logos/colors.
③ Packaging and logistics optimization.

Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T. For initial orders, we recommend a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment.
